My journey, spanning over 15 years, is a rich tapestry woven with degrees from Texas A&M University and Howard University, the rigor of a Prosci Change Management Certification, and Post-Doc work in Statistical Methods and Applied Measurement through the University of Maryland. In my pursuit, I've dedicated myself to unlocking potential and driving growth in individuals and within complex organizational frameworks through business transformations.
